Education Rebates
The Union Plus Education Rebate Difference:
- Qualify for a rebate of $50, $125 or $250 for eligible education purchases when you use your Union Plus Credit Card.
- Rebate may be spread over several purchases. (All purchases must be made within 1 year of the date of rebate application.)
- DEADLINE: December 31, 2011, to make an eligible education purchase on your Union Plus Credit Card. (Education Rebate applications with the required documentation must be received by Union Plus by February 29, 2012.)
Curb your education costs with an education rebate of up to $250
Higher education costs are soaring, but now you can save money with the Union Plus Education Rebate when you make qualifying purchases with your Union Plus Credit Card.
You can qualify for the following rebates which will post as a credit to your Union Plus Credit Card account after your completed application is approved.

*The rebate may be spread over several purchases, with a lifetime total rebate limit of $250. All purchases must be made within 1 year of the date of rebate application and by December 31, 2011.
How to Redeem Your Union Plus Education Rebate

Use your Union Plus Credit Card to make education purchases totaling a minimum of $200.
- If you donâ??t have the Union Plus Credit Card already, learn more and apply for the card.
- See list of eligible purchases below

Send the following documentation to: Union Privilege, Education Rebate, 1125 15th Street, NW, Suite 300, Washington, DC 20005:
- Completed Education Rebate Application
- Copy of invoice(s) showing eligible education purchases totaling $200 or more;
- Copy of Union Plus Credit Card billing statements showing education purchases that match the invoices.
List of purchases that qualify for the rebate**:
- Post secondary educational institutions (College/University/Trade School) â?? e.g. for college text books, tuition, tutoring, dining costs, etc. (Note: purchases must be made at an educational institution or the educational institutionâ??s bookstore. Purchases made at third party retailers do NOT qualify.)
- Fees for seeking college credit from learning gained from work and life experience through a Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) program from the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL). See details at www.LearningCounts.org.
- Combination of fees for:
- The Princeton Review college test (e.g. SAT, ACT, etc.) preparation courses AND
- SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, MCAT and LSAT test registration (College Board/test provider)
**Union Privilege will determine qualifying purchases based on its sole discretion.
