At the time of purchase, simply present your Union Plus Prescription Card at a participating pharmacy to instantly receive significant discounts on prescription drugs. Participating pharmacies include Rite Aid, Safeway and many more.
Or use your prescription card member ID to sign up for mail-order service from your insurance plan so that could help you save even more.

Who will find the Union Plus Prescription Discount Card helpful?
THIS PRESCRIPTION DISCOUNT CARD PROGRAM IS NOT INSURANCE. The prescription card can sometimes help reduce out-of-pocket costs, but it is not a replacement for a prescription drug insurance program.
The prescription card could help you save if:
- You are a union member or retiree with no insurance that includes prescriptions.
- You have seasonal or part-time work and lack complete, year-round insurance.
- You are a union member or retiree with prescription insurance, but you need medications not included in your plan - e.g. smoking cessation drugs, impotency drugs, etc.
- You are a union member or retiree who has any family members ?? including spouses, parents and children (of any age) ?? who do not have insurance that includes prescriptions. The family members do not need to be union members.

Eligibility
The program is for United States residents and is not available in Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, or Canada.
The Union Plus Prescription Card program is not available in New Hampshire.
Who is eligible?
- Dues-paying labor union members of participating unions
- Retired union members
- Widows/widowers of union members
- Spouse, domestic partners, and children may be included
- Union Plus credit cardholders
